Zanettin at Marmomacc 2015 with Z Line
“Z Line” represents a new way of seeing the use of high resistant materials, such as stainless steel, combined with natural materials, in order to realize indoor and outdoor design furniture, creating long-lasting custom-made solutions, that cannot be unnoticed.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
DESIGN:
Each creation is designed in order to fulfil the specific clients’ needs, through a careful analysis of the context, the shape and the functionalities.
We analyse the design needs, the technical, logistic, assembling characteristics, in order to reach the best solution.
Shape, size and matching (such as lights, water games) analysis is realized in steady collaboration with architects, artists and designers.
PRODUCTION:
The production process is completely carried out by our company, through a careful quality control. The robotic welding system guarantees the aesthetic features and the mechanical strength of each single component.
This unique method permits to obtain structures with no sharp edges, ensuring safety and a higher aesthetic quality.
On request, it is possible to apply an electropolishing process on the stainless steel indoor design structures, in order to obtain a mirror effect.
MATERIALS:
Main structure: we only use particular kinds of stainless steel wires or sheets produced in Europe (aisi 304 or aisi 316, for particularly aggressive environments)
Finishing elements: regarding its usage, every creation can be completed with some finishing elements, such us wood, glass, stone, lightning and water elements.
Filling materials: depending on the needs, the structures can be designed to be used empty, partially filled or completely filled with stones (processed by our company or local), or with other materials (wood, glass, ecc.)
INSTALLATION:
“Z Line” creations are realized with numbered modular elements, to simplify installation and transportation.
Our products are assembled only by using specific male-female joints and lock screws.
ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS:
Each “Z Line” structure can be easily disassembled and can be reused in other contexts or modified by adding other elements.
The components are made of totally recyclable materials. Moreover, these materials are mechanically installed without the use of glues and for this reason they are easily disassembled.
OUR PRODUCT LINES:
BASIC LINE: structures that do not need specific planning, such as benches, flower boxes, or small-sized items, maintaining at the same time the aesthetic and structural quality of the bigger creations.
CUSTOM LINE: these solutions are designed analyzing the clients’ needs, the technical characteristics, the structural calculation, the installation, the logistic, the matching with other materials, the lightning elements, in order to obtain complete impressive creations.
AUTOR LINE: this line comes from the collaboration with architects and artist, in order to combine our building qualities with their creativity. The design maintains the same features of the Custom Line.
