Casilda, the collection designed by Ramón Esteve for Talenti outdoor living

Talenti Outdoor Living’s Made in Italy quality meets Spanish designer Ramón Esteve’s genius and the result is called Casilda: this is one of the most interesting innovations of the 2016 edition of Maison & Objet. After Marco Acerbis’ collections: Cleo, Eden and Milo, #talenti continues its collaboration with the great names in international #design; and once again the result is extremely elegant and visually striking. Casilda is a line of furniture designed with maximum clarity, simplicity and harmony, evidently capable of expressing the famous designer’s identity. The concept is born from the idea of deconstructing classical furniture without relinquishing contemporary elegance. The soft lines of the structures become a canvas on which to paint those unique elements that render the collection’s pieces light and refined; the pieces feature large, comfortable seats, supported by elastic straps designed for outdoor use. Quick dry foam padding, also the result of Talenti’s advanced research into materials, is perfectly able to take on the elements. The type of fabric used, Dolcevita, combine to create a style that’s sophisticated, seductive and conveys a feeling of lightness emblematic of the outdoors. Materials are also combined in the structure, which mixes stainless steel with the marble and wood that appears on tables and the armrests of chairs, sofas and armchairs. The colors are a world apart. If the sofa, like the cushions, communicates splendor with its dark brown and gold brushed finishes, the seats enchant with their Dolcevita upholstery in fabric that’s either white and brown flecked or dove- colored mélange. fter its great success at Milan’s Salone del Mobile, Eden, a symbol of Talenti’s strong link with the #design world, is presented once again in Paris. The original and visionary creation by Marco Acerbis fascinates with its soft, enveloping details. For the Parisian event, Eden was readapted giving color to the sheet aluminum structure and implementing the available color range in order to illuminate shapes and lines characterized by large volumes.
