We live in towns where there is a need of restoration: old buildings, old factories, old houses. Without having to throw away, dismantle or redo, Microresina® makes it possible to save the existing surfaces and to coat them with a contemporary finish in the refined Warm Collection colour palette. Microresina®, a new, revolutionary and state-of the-art micro covering, forms part of #kerakolldesignhouse, a collection of technological materials devised to redesign rooms and spaces. Elastic, flexible and ultra thin, it is able to emphasize the materiality of the previous surfaces into which it is applied, enhancing patterns, textures, hues and marbling with elegant decorative effects. Microresina® allows the #design of the house to be radically changed, updating and redesigning every surface starting from its existing state, inexpensively and rapidly. It can be used on ceramic tiles, wood, stone, terracotta, stone tiling, concrete, brick and glass mosaic, is easy to apply and guarantees impressive results. As with all #kerakolldesignhouse products, Microresina® is the result of an aesthetic and technological research that interprets every domestic surface as an architectural element able to redesign the space according to the foremost contemporary design trends. Together with the oily paste for walls and ceilings, Paint®, and the water-based finish, Decor®, perfect for doors and windows, lights and radiators, Microresina® enables interventions to be carried out on surfaces without any demolition or rebuilding, redesigning the space and emphasizing the architectural quality. It decorates and protects existing floorings and joints, transforming them into continuous surfaces that are completely nonabsorbent, it can be used in many places: bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and night areas. It is also an innovative and efficient solution for contract in the #design of commercial premises, accommodation facilities, studios and offices. Kerakoll #design House #kerakolldesignhouse is a natural development for Kerakoll as part of their experience of interior #design for the home environment. Under the direction of Piero Lissoni – art director of the project – the materials, textures and colors are able to dialogue and merge into a coherent musical score generating sophisticated harmonies of colors and materials. Spaces blend together and walls vanish: the floors and the coatings, the fixtures, the furnishing accessories, the lighting and heating fixtures all become a single seamless surface.
