The appointments form part of a broader process of strengthening Richard Ginori's organisational and managerial structure with the aim of further developing the brand's footprint in Italy and worldwide, implementing the repositioning strategy as a high-end brand, promoting greater value added manufacturing processes, and improving its response to the challenges of an increasingly competitive market, through a customer-oriented approach that successfully combines new creativity with a deep respect for the brand's history, tradition and craftsmanship.
As part of this process, Lorenzo Nuti has been appointed new Worldwide Sales Director. He will report directly to President and CEO Giovanni Giunchedi and will be responsible for enhancing the brand's presence on the global market, strengthening the performance of the more mature markets (Italy, Japan and America) and accelerating penetration of the markets with high potential (Europe, Russia, the Gulf Area and China).
Lorenzo Nuti, 42, has approximately 20 years' international experience working in EMEA, America, Japan and Greater China with international brands in the luxury sector (Vacheron Constantin, Montegrappa, Baccarat) in the marketing and sales areas. #lorenzonuti speaks 6 languages fluently, including Chinese and Japanese.
Annalisa Tani's appointment as Brand and Product Director is also part of the same strategic process aimed at reinforcing Richard Ginori's organisational and managerial structure.

Annalisa Tani will report directly to President and CEO Giovanni Giunchedi and will have responsibility for Richard Ginori's Product Development, Marketing and Communication areas with the aim of protecting and growing brand value, continuing and accelerating the process of consolidation on the international market and ensuring the consistency of the various communication initiatives.
Annalisa Tani, 51, has more than 20 years professional experience working in numerous companies with domestic and international functions. She has taken on increasing responsibility in the product, licensing and marketing areas in top-ranking groups, such as Habitat, Frette, Giorgio Armani, Versace, Esselunga and the Zucchi Group, operating in the #design, fashion and mass retail fields. All this has enabled her to develop strong strategic skills, a significant appetite for innovation and change, as well as considerable knowledge of brand development, from competitor analysis, to offer development, and from collection #design to trend identification.
