Fisher & Paykel brings a taste of New Zealand to Eurocucina

Fisher & Paykel will showcase its range of built-in premium kitchen appliances for the first time at one of the world’s top kitchen expos, EuroCucina FTK – Technology For the Kitchen from April 17- 22, 2018 in Milan at Pav 15, Stand A31/B30. As a global premium appliance company pioneering innovative and award-winning products, Fisher & Paykel has a unique story to tell for its show debut. Founded in New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel has changed the way people live for more than 80 years with appliance innovations like the multi award-winning DishDrawerTM Dishwasher and the CoolDrawerTM Multi-temperature Drawer which changes from a refrigerator to a freezer at the touch of a button. Fisher & Paykel will showcase a cohesive family of distributed kitchen appliances that allow designers and customers true #design freedom. The product range on show at EuroCucina FTK will feature premium built-in appliances including the latest 9th generation DishDrawerTM Dishwasher and a preview of their new Integrated Column Refrigerator and Freezers with Variable Temperature Zone, Companion cooking products and Integrated Insert Rangehood. A group of Fisher & Paykel’s New Zealand senior industrial designers will be at the show to share product information and visitors will be able to interact with premium appliances while enjoying backdrops of sweeping New Zealand landscapes. “It will be a chance for visitors to experience first-hand our obsession with product details and to hear from the makers of product how our land and culture influences our approach to #design simplicity, performance and quality.” says General Manager #design, Mark Elmore. The Fisher & Paykel #design heritage and culture of curiosity continues to challenge conventional appliance #design. You will see this perfectly reflected in our presence at EuroCucina’s says Chief Executive Stuart Broadhurst. “We’re bringing a uniquely New Zealand experience to EuroCucina FTK with hand-selected materials and signature food experiences that are symbolic of our land,” says Mr Broadhurst. This includes Kawakawa tea served from a unique stone induction unit, toasted Manuka honey marshmallows, a Noble Riesling sherbet and gold kiwifruit syrup served over shaved ice. It will form four taste stations that embody Fisher & Paykel’s Social Kitchen philosophy where the heart of any home is where food, friends and family come together. “The Social Kitchen is how we think about the changing nature of the kitchen and the role it plays in our lives. We want visitors to our stand to relax and interact with our appliances as they would in their own home,” says Mr Broadhurst.
