Harmony of materials in the new Veblén table

At the 57th edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan, Veblén is confirmed to be a refined and elegant collection: the Fiam Luxury Edition designed by Marzia and Leo Dainelli, in fact, continues in the direction of a total living characterized by the combination of different materials and typical nuances of Veblén, which recall the colors of the Marche region. Among the most significant innovations of this year, Veblén has the opportunity to count among the exhibitors of the exclusive Xlux pavilion of the fair, as a sophisticated brand that, thanks to elegance, craftmanship and taste for beauty, has now entered the immagination of high-quality products furnishing. The Xlux space of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, located in pavilions 1 and 3, was born two years ago with the aim of hosting the best companies operating in the luxury market. Especially those who thanks to the craftmanship and the care of aesthetics of the Made in Italy, are attracting several foreign buyers. The area is therefore destined for the exhibition of furniture lines that aspire to excellence because they’re characterized by a unique style, by an attention to details and by a continuous research for finishes, colors, details and the most glamorous materials. This year the collection is joined by the creation of the designer Stefano Bigi where glass, always the common thread of the brand, joins the warmth of solid wood to create the Vendôme table, in which the designer’s philosophy is clearly perceived: balance between aesthetics, comfort and functionality to create a piece of furniture that can be experienced in the living of those who buy it. The oxymoron of the wood element is particularly prominent , as the sinuous and harmonic lines are in contrast with the oak wood finish: a solid material, durable in time but difficult to work; this characteristic now distinguishes, from beyond a decade, the work of the designer Stefano Bigi, who tries to excite through roundness and harmony of elements. In this way, Véblen reaffirms its prestige as a luxury brand dedicated to a refined public careful of aesthetics, that adopt the concept of luxury to fulfill the desire to be unique thanks to exclusive products.
