LARTE presented its Mercedes-GL-based tuning star, Black Crystal, on the site of the former globally largest black coal pit, Zollverein in Essen, where very exciting pictures were shot, revealing many an exclusive detail and view of the mighty car.
The SUV was driven to Zollverein right from the Essen Motor Show, where the tuning kit’s white variant had been presented to the German public for the first time. The car is called Black Crystal irrespective of its paintwork because of the two dark crystals, inserted in the martial front bumper. As an option, the white Black Crystal even comes with additional Swarovski crystals, shaped like skulls. They are probably unique in the car tuning market. Incidentally, a former coal pit is quite the right setting for a jewelry-stone-adorned car. After all, even a diamond consists of nothing but carbon.
