Nendo designed a new tote bag collection for by | n
stretch-tote
A tote bag that has a zip fastener inside that, when unfastened, lets you fold out an inner-partition,
thereby making the bag size adjustable to suit your needs. The opening of the bag is fitted with a magnet ,
allowing you to close it securely and maintain the shape of the bag, even when enlarged. The polyurethane
version is available in 4 colours (grey, blue, navy, and white), while the leather like version comes in 2 (black and beige).
Price : 8,100 JPY (polyurethane version), 12,900 JPY (leather like version)
split-tote
The normal tote bag that has two handles tends to lack stability when carried by the shoulder, and can also slide off the shoulder.
Conversely a tote bag with just one handle has stability when carried by the shoulder but lacks the ease of taking things in and out.
So we split one handle from the rear into two at the front, to ensure stability when carrying it over the shoulder, and at the same time
enabling users to take things in and out easily. Combining two types of tote bags has resulted in its added convenience.

double-tote
We sometimes carry two different tote bags concurrently to carry a large item like a magazine and a small item like a lunch box, or large items like
documents and a small item like a purse. We designed one tote bag by combining two tote bags, one large and one small. The interspace between the
two bags has been turned into a water-proof pocket, where the user can put drinks and folding umbrellas.
Normally the handles should count four, but since the middle handle doubles up as a handle for both bags, there are in total three handles.
Combining the two functions has produced a third function.

loop-tote
The handle made of a tape material is sewn onto a simple tote bag in a loop shape. This has enabled the bag to have three
different handles. When carrying large items, the user can put the long handle on to the shoulder, or use the small handle.
When the bag size can be compact, by folding the main body inwards a matching handle will become available. The handle in the
form of a one piece #design has enhanced the features of the tote bag.
