At the Salone 2016, #calligaris is introducing a wide range of new products to the public. Elegant and versatile tables, chairs, contemporary sideboards, fixed and modular sofas, colourful rugs, coffee tables and other accessories designed to make everyday life better and easier. Beautifully detailed objects produced using top-quality materials, just as #calligaris has been doing since 1923. Creative, easy and ingenious solutions to accommodate the infinite array of styles of contemporary living with great simplicity.
PRODUCTS 2016
The new collections are distinguished by their contrasting textures and colours, dominated by dark woods, interspersed with warm, saturated tones, and the occasional touch of a pastel shade. There is also plenty of lighter wood with Nordic-style lines, combined with the strong tones typical of the colourful, contemporary #design expected from #calligaris. Strong tones and sculpted shapes. These items of furniture show a spectacular interplay with the primitive force of natural materials, from wood to ceramic marble, introduced in a number of table tops.
Not just iconic pieces, but complete furniture solutions, offering practicality and a distinctive aesthetic quality. In addition to its new products, #calligaris also presents a number of “revisitations” of cult products and integrations of existing collections, such as the various versions of the Tweet coffee table, the new rocking and swivelling version of the Lazy armchair and the Lounge collection of sofas, now more complete and functional with the addition of new modular elements.
