Franchiumbertomarmi at Marmomacc 2016

Marmomacc & the City is back to #verona: within the exhibition which combines the fabric of the city and the architectures and sculptures made of stone franchiumberto will be present with the big vase 4U designed by Giuseppe Venuta #marmomacc & the City, the exhibition of architecture and installations made of stone en plein air reaches the 2016 edition.

It confirms its position as an #event operators and the public appreciate a lot: it also consolidated the presence of Veronafiere within the cultural offer for the city. #franchiumbertomarmi joins this edition, too, as a company of excellence in the stone sector and ahistorical presence within #marmomacc 2016: in fact it will be present in the heart of #verona downtown with its big vase 4U designed by Giuseppe Venuta. It is an important vase which represents the perfect synthesis between the quality of employed materials and the plastic and sculptural forms; these features are the essence of the Carrara company, bearing in mind of course its bent for #design and its passion for architecture.

Like during the past editions, squares and architectures in #verona will be the scenario, starting from September 28th and all through one month, for works and installations created by excellences of the companies in the lithic sector: stones are worked using synergistic and futuristic technologies compared with the stones worked ages ago which represent #verona city context. The exhibition will wind and turn through the streets and squares of #verona downtown and each work will be provided with a short description in order to allow visitors to know materials, companies and authors in more details.

This #event, supervised by the architect Laura De Stefano this year too, is organized in cooperation with Veronafiere, the municipality of #verona and with the Professional Association of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservation Architects of the province of #verona. The participating companies are: Antolini, Barsi Marmi, Consorzio Tutela Pietra della Lessinia, Donne del Marmo, Franchi Umberto Marmi, Lucchetti, Stone Group International, Travertini Paradiso
