Encounters cause one to reflect. #marcobrunori – architect, devotee of Dino Gavina – offers his reflections to Adele Cassina, to better navigate the intersections encountered by the mirrors he designed for #adelec.
Trying to use images and words to describe the personality of a mirror is anything but easy. Multiple attempts were made, none worthy of the subject itself - the crystal-clear reflection - difficult to describe, often impossible to photograph. Naive to think of taming it by shaping it through #design. Its immense desire to capture the world always prevails. Maybe, if we pretend like we’re not speaking about it; maybe if we tell a different story; maybe, if you do it, because you always say the most incredible and amazing things with unaffected candor; maybe, given your instinctive common sense; maybe, if you Adele smiles at Marcel or sip tea with Kiki; just maybe, then, we will see on the pages of the catalog the images of Marcel, #pablo, Ray and Kiki – four kids, having fun, who pose together for the photo album of their journey.
