One Two Five - Steven Holl botticino marble workers cooperative, fratelli Garletti and linearstone sponsor the culture of architectural design

Through longstanding tradition, industry patronizes and promotes the popularization of art.

Three companies, three manufacturers among the most interesting in and around #brescia, a well-known industrial center and one of the most dynamic and innovative in Italy. Its products are exported around the world. Stone and industrial machinery, two drivers of local and domestic manufacturing. With the support of these three companies, the ONE TWO FIVE - #stevenholl show at the Jannone Galleria_architectural designs, becomes a tangible reality. They are: the Botticino Marble Workers Cooperative – marble extraction and processing; Fratelli Garletti – Smart Hinge System; and Linearstone – your customized marble. Their products are complementary and they are already seasoned partners in the creation of unique load-bearing structures.


American architect Holl’s designs and watercolors will be on display inside the Gallery while outside there will be a site-specific installation, under the art direction of Stevan Tesic and Milena Veljkovic (di_archon_ass architetti) who handle strategic communications for the three companies.



The BOTTICINO MARBLE WORKERS COOPERATIVE has an 80-year history. Its members are specialized in the extraction and transformation of Botticino Classico marble, a superior stone quarried in the province of #brescia. The company was founded 1932 by nine partners who were Botticino marble workers. In 1982 it expanded its quarries, purchasing three quarry units and, in the following years, developed significant skills in the entire marble production cycle and equipped itself with facilities for highly-specialized processing. Today, these facilities produce rough and polished slabs, tile and installation-ready finished products for Italian and international markets. The number of partners has now risen to 43.

Its #design projects are located all over the world in residential, corporate and commercial properties.
