TWS presents Trame di Pietra ® 2018 collection: new surface effects on slabs in natural stone and marble are proposed for flooring and wall coverings
TRAME DI PIETRA® is a continuously evolving project.
New textures and patterns are continuously crated on an unlimited number of materials, thanks to the flexibility of the technique, giving new opportunities to architects and designer for bespoke projects.
The technique transforms the stone, creating micro-engraved surfaces "ton sur ton", offering a new perspective on stone flooring that will be presented at Cersaie in Beige, Greige and Noir stone on big sizes up to cm 100x250.
Sacco and Tessuto textures have been revised with a new look. Brera and Ipanema bring back memories of the typical stone floorings of the old cities. Tessellae, characterised by micro tiles engraved on stone, “ton sur ton”. The engraved surfaces of Cover and Tapis recall carpets and fabrics. Vienna, revised and proposed also on marble, is a pattern where the material is shaped with a three-dimensional effect that reminds the Thonet chairs. Natural stones go through time and space, evolving towards new contexts, from classic to contemporary #design.
Carrara and Bardiglio Imperiale marbles are the new materials proposed for the last collection.
Surface effects that give marble flooring and wall coverings a new perspective, both aesthetic and technical: the micro-engraving crates anti-slip floorings with new and unique textures and patterns, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, such as bathroom, wellness areas and pools.
Lines shaped to create three-dimensional effects and new patterns give birth to twelve new designs proposed on marble, with a matt finish.
Trame di Pietra® is a project where the key concept is "customization". Surfaces move from standard sizes to cut to size to support custom made project needs. Thanks to the continuous research, new stones and marbles are continuously proposed in the collection of materials. The flexibility of the techniques used for transformation, coupled with the continuous testing, allow the creation of new customized textures and patterns, providing limitless opportunities for bespoke projects.
This innovative and flexible approach meets the creativity of architects and designers to give birth to unique and unprecedented applications in #interiordesign.
The transformation of micro-engraved big size slabs in stone and marble up to cm 100x250 is a key innovative instrument which offers unique opportunities to marble laboratories, architects and designers for bespoke projects.
Projects move from flooring and wall coverings for living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, wellness, swimming pools up to #interiordesign, such as tables, furniture and lamps.
