Talenti’s latest collections, when design sparks emotion

The outdoor sector’s flagship brand presents the world premiere of stunning new collections by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba

and Tikal, their fist line of outdoor kitchens

During the 58th edition of Milan’s #salonedelmobileTalenti, the benchmark brand for the outdoor #design sector, will present the world premiere of the newest collections from Ludovica + Roberto Palomba. These innovative products confirm the brand’s desire to continue its experimentation in a multitude of directions.

Following the international success of the Cliff Collection—the extended version, now more sinuous and completely tailor made, will be on display in Milan—Talenti has been working with the well known designer couple again in the creation of new and sensational lines. Simple volumes, distinguished by elements borrowed from the nautical world and exotic voyages, are able to offer a broad variety of solutions and compositions. Rope, fabric, and wood are just some of the elements that come together to create a relaxing oasis in a fresh, exclusive, and unmistakable style.

The Panama collection is characterized by its ample, intertwined forms that create shadows, inspired by palms swaying in the ocean breeze. In particular, the organic profile of the chaise longue brings to mind the surface of wave-washed stones, adding strong natural lines to the collection. This family of products includes chairs, loungers, sunbeds, poufs, and sofas made with rope woven around the frames in a way that creates a play of light and shadow as the sunlight moves through them.

Because they understand how to enhance light, Ludovica + Roberto Palomba decided to explore illumination in their new collection of outdoor lamps: Tribal. This collection introduces a new, increasingly fascinating way of interpreting the perception of space. Marked by a strong ethnic inspiration, with just a single glance Tribal is able to evoke the sensation of a voyage to exotic lands. Eclectic forms evocative of distant countries, designed both as floor lamps and hanging lamps, project light and shadow—weaving in and out to create suggestive atmospheres in open spaces.

On the other hand, there is the Cruise collection, inspired by emotions capable of arousing a desire to sail across the world’s most beautiful seas. This collection is undoubtedly the one that best expresses a nautical influence, giving it a unique appeal that is further emphasized by the use of fine materials: wood for the base and a selection of fabrics in sober and luminous colors for the chairs. Also in this collection, rope takes center stage, wrapping each element of Cruise. This includes the sofa—in both the fixed and modular versions—the pouf, the coffee table, the dining table, the living room chair and the dining chairs.

The #salonedelmobile will also set the stage for the debut of a completely new collection. #talenti will present Tikaltheir first line of outdoor kitchens, inspired by impressive Mesoamerican religious architecture, lending them an iconic and rational aesthetic. Conceived by architect Nicola De Pellegrini from Studio Anidride Design, this project is based on the idea of ancestral identity, shaped by the solemn immutability of time and a spiritual essence that enhances its intrinsic value. Mirroring the ancient step pyramids, the fusion of regular volumes that support each other and the broad, flat surfaces are enhanced by the use of excellent materials, specially chosen to guarantee quality, performance, and solidity over time.

Finally, in this showcase of functional and elegant #design, we find the Casilda collection, created by the Spanish designer Ramón Esteve and recently awarded the Best Exhibit Award at the 2019 edition of IFFS. The collection is now enhanced with new and interesting elements including the sunbed and the dining chair that, as ever, combine diverse materials, such as marble and wood, with the stainless steel frame.

To discover all of Talenti’s latest products and get to know the designers who created them, come to the Fiera exhibition center, from 9-14 April, Pad. 10, Stand C05.
