ANGELO M | Table Collection
Unique and timeless #design
Angelo M is the essence of a round or oval table carefully made of natural stone. The sculptural form, robust material, elegant lines and refined finish make this #design unique. The bottom is one smooth curve from the foot to the tabletop edge by which the two pieces, base and tabletop, together form one whole. Stability is ensured by the conical connection between the 2 parts.
The Angelo M collection consists of dining tables, low and side tables, available in different dimensions and perfectly combinable. The basic collection includes nine different types of marble by which the combination possibilities are endless. To show the marble in its most expressive character, various finishes are possible (honed, polished, brushed, etc.). On request this #design can be made in almost any type of marble and to measure.
Because of the natural character of marble, every table has a unique drawing and colour. This unique aspect is further emphasized by the signing of the tables. In addition, the dining tables are numbered, transcend the purely functional and become a valuable object with extra meaning and lasting value.
Sustainable
The tables are made to order, individually, and finished manually on all sides.
The marble is carefully selected per table that meets the desired dimensions in order to minimise the loss of material during production. Remnants are processed as much as possible into smaller objects, which function as a serving dish for cakes and other treats.
Material and #design make it possible to renew the table almost endlessly (sanding and finishing), with minimal effort and an extremely limited environmental impact. The life cycle of the table is therefore extremely long, easily 700 years. To facilitate the daily maintenance of the marble, the table is colourless impregnated with a stain stop. This stain stop is food safe and environmentally friendly. Moreover the marble keeps its natural look and feel. The sustainability aspect was clearly included in the #design.
Given the high durability, timeless #design and valuable material, the table itself provides the circular economy model. There is no expiry date on this table and recycling does not really apply.
Multifunctional
This table is perfectly usable in a residential, retail and office environment. The #design has moreover practical advantages. The base provides maximum freedom of movement for legs and feet and seats can be moved freely. The thin tabletop edge is slightly curved at the top to support the forearm comfortably, the bottom is furthermore softly rounded. The tabletop edge feels almost sensual.
Indoor & Outdoor
Angelo M is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor use the tables are treated with an adjusted stain stop, resistant against all weather conditions. Angelo M is an ideal piece of furniture to bring people together, to enjoy and to philosophize. Moreover the #design can be used and admired all year round as a garden sculpture.
