RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS WITH MEDITERRANEAN SOUL Villa Twelve

Villa Twelve is a modern single family home isolated in the beautiful locality of Santa Ponsa, Palma de Mallorca.

The natural Mediterranean landscape merges with contemporary architecture, in which the facades with stone walls and white mortar plaster stand out.

A play of volumes leads to two floors and creates a splendid veranda next to the pool, whilst in the interior, the natural white
stone continues reigning the floors and walls.

GANDIBLASCO in VILLA TWELVE

In this wonderful enclave, developed by the architect Jaime Salvá Pascual and with an interior project designed by #margacomas, #gandiablasco finds an exceptional standing for its DNA, ENSOMBRA and LLAR collections.

The gentle transition between the inside and outside embodies the essentially Mediterranean lifestyle where everything flows and with which the brand conquers residential projects by producing personalized #design environments for the enjoyment of life outdoors throughout the whole year.

Next to the pool and below the veranda, different elements of the DNA series, rest in harmony with the architecture, elegant and essential, the José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales collection is capable of fitting into any environment: from small private gardens to large contract facilities.

Manufactured entirely from machined aluminum white thermo-lacquered profiles, a chill bed, sectional sofas, and a low DNA table reinterpret the interplay of lights and shadows of horizontal geometries present in the work of some Japanese architects and Mediterranean shutters.

A real invitation to rediscover intimacy and comfort, to indulge in relaxation or to enjoy your surroundings in good company. All of these elements can be presented in an anodized or thermo-lacquered finish in colours such as bronze, anthracite, sand, black..., among many other shades.

The textile component in soft cushions and matts adds comfort based on polyurethane foam padding.

The high-quality waterproof upholstery uses white and sand tones for Villa Twelve, although the GANDIABLASCO colour and texture chart enables a wide range of options for customization.

A pair of ENSOMBRA umbrellas unfold revealing all of their structure and providing a beautiful refuge from the sun.

This #design, devised by Odosdesign, rises to more than two meters in height in order to reinterpret the opening and closing system of traditional fans with the aim of obtaining a simple system that can unfold and close on a single plank.

ENSOMBRA is a designer sunshade materialized on a galvanized thermo-lacquered steel base and a stainless-steel white thermo-lacquered pole- as in the case of Villa Twelve- or in another ten shades.

The planks that make up the chalice of ENSOMBRA are strips of phenolic board that can be extended according to amount of light or shade desired.

More than a decorative, architectural sunshade, the #design of this piece transforms any outdoor space into an idyllic place full of life.

The LLAR minimalist outdoor heater, designed by Borja García, moves typical indoor activities such as sitting around the fire, out in the open.

LLAR responds to this premise with a purely architectural aesthetic in which proportion and composition convey rotundity and modernity, while recovering the historical role of fire as an important architectural element.

This contemporary bioethanol fireplace is made of thermo-lacquered steel.

DNA, ENSOMBRA and LLAR, iconic collections from GANDIABLASCO, exemplify in Villa Twelve the ability of the firm to give life to serene and elegant contemporary atmospheres with a clear, practical, and timeless calling.
