Sahrai protagonist at Supersalone 2021.
Many novelties in Milan’s showrooms in Via A. Manzoni, in the heart of Milan.
Sahrai will participate at #supersalone, Milan’s Salone del Mobile fair 2021 edition, offering some of its most representative collections, and a sneak peak.
The presence of the Brand is threefold, on the occasion of the long-awaited Milanese #event. It begins at the fair, with a booth in which two masterpieces from the "Tranquility" collection stand out, inspired by the works of the German artist Christian Hetzel, belonging to the Artists Selection Collection. A follower of the "less is more" principle, a passionate defender of the expressive power of minimalism, Hetzel is inspired by nature, represented with simplicity, in contrast to our epoch, in which experiences are exasperated, overloaded with content, unnecessarily. The first work on display is titled "Gold in Sand n.2", made of wool and silk, with silk reliefs, and hand-knotted following the finest artisan techniques, the flagship of Sahrai's production. Delicate beige tones evoke sand colors, enhancing textures and producing a sense of harmony. "Grays," a wool and viscose work with viscose reliefs, is the second work on display. The carpet is an abstract artwork in which the dominating color, gray, is declined in an infinite series of shades, interrupted by marks that cross it
along its entire length.
