Since its foundation in 1920, F.lli Razeto & Casareto S.p.a. designs and makes exclusive marine locks, doors’ and cabinets’ accessories, with special consideration for the needs of designers and boat owners.
Well known for its stylish and artistic products, the Italian manufacturer celebrated its 100th anniversary with a very modern product called Quadraled. Designer Giangi Razeto describes the innovation as “luminous intelligent antimicrobial handles, providing #safety with an eye to beauty.”
Quadraled, a door handle which lights up in critical conditions to address people to safe escape routes, can also be used as a luminous signage on the door to give emergency or management information.
The integrated proprietary system allows door handles to interact with fire detection systems or other external systems via Modbus.
Wired with Bus485, the system carries network signal throughout the building and power to each door handle. Quadraled is a truly smart handle, which also features esi anti microbial system, whose effectiveness against Corona Virus has been found and certified by the virology Lab of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
This is an excellent combination of opportunities to introduce in the Gulf regions: the new lines of antimicrobial handles and the new integrated system of intelligent luminous handles, suitable not only for the marine environment but also in the furnishing sector of public and private interiors.
