Provex renews the E-Lite line of shower enclosures
Provex - a manufacturer of shower enclosures and bathscreens, as well as technical bathroom accessories - is a distinctive company in its field, capable of satisfying every need and #design limitation, offering elegant and functional solutions.
Constant research leads the company to constantly renew its collections, enhancing their aesthetic value, clean lines and continuing to invest in the technological aspect as well. This is what happened to the E-Lite shower enclosure series, one of Provex's flagship and cutting-edge projects conceived in collaboration with the Talocci + Pallocca #design studio. Launched on the market in 2005, the E-Lite Series was the first #provex collection to include shower enclosures equipped with the innovative hinge technology, and today it has been completely revamped to better meet current market demands.
The new E-Lite shower enclosures, available in glossy shiny and matt black finishes, are distinguished by their sophisticated design and numerous special features: pivot doors for in/out opening up to 270°, equipped with an invisible, integrated, always-active lift mechanism. The brightness of the glass and the clean lines are emphasised by the absence of horizontal profiles and the uniform cabin height of 2000 mm of both glass and profiles.
In addition, the E-Lite Series is equipped with the innovative MinMax system that allows adjustibility up to 90 mm, ensuring considerable advantages for the retailer as a sales argument, for the installer due to the flexibility of the dimensions, capable of resolving any wall defects, and for the end consumer who will be able to appreciate a product with minimalist and essential lines.
Other distinguishing features are the internal sunken screws in the glass that facilitate door cleaning and the wall profile equipped with the innovative Silicon Free technology, exclusively developed and manufactured by #provex, which involves the use of a special water-resistant PVC seal that ensures greater hygiene and cleanliness.
The E-Lite Series is made of 6 mm tempered safety glass tested at 11 litres/minute and complies with the main international safety standards (EN 12150-1:2000).
Upon request, the glass can be subjected to the High Glass treatment, a special process that reduces the aggression of limescale: an innovative system that facilitates cleaning and sanitising the glass walls, protecting them 98% from bacteria and keeping them shiny over time.
The versatility of the design makes it possible to meet a wide range of requirements, thanks to highly accessible corner solutions, in niches, bathscreens and available with doors in transparent glass, or with refined screen-printed inserts for greater customisation.
Like all Shower products, the E-Lite Line also complies with EN 14428:2004 and has undergone stringent technical and functional safety and durability tests, as well as numerous impact, breakage, watertightness and life cycle tests.
