In Grado, Patricia Urquiola designs the Laguna Faro Suites: a luxury hotel with a domestic atmosphere. Quadrodesign is chosen for the bathroom of the 34 suites and rooms as well as the wellness area

In Grado, in a place where the balance between man and nature is very important and delicate, the inspiration for the project came from observing the area in which the Hotel Laguna Faro Suites is set, with the desire to take in all the small details of beauty that make it unique.

For this reason, every single piece of furniture was chosen with careful attention, selecting the most appreciated design brands; among them Quadrodesign, which supplied the Source series for the taps in the bathroom and wellness area. A collection that reflects the concept of the hotel thanks to its essential design and practical usability, whose simple and minimal shapes make it unique in its adaptability, resistance, solidity and elegance. Moreover, being made of stainless steel, it guarantees the highest standards of quality and durability, central themes in the contract world today.

In addition to the natural elements of the place, the project also wanted to include the memory of the actions of man who has adapted his habits and technologies to his surroundings.

Hence a strong reference to the use of ropes, straw, reeds and wood, elements found in traditional constructions called Casoni, once inhabited by lagoon fishermen, and which guided the design choices.

In this setting, Source, a non-invasive series, is well suited to complement the hotel's 34 suites and rooms with their domestic atmosphere, almost all of which overlook the shoreline, conceived by the studio of the well-known designer Patricia Urquiola in warm tones. A hotel endowed with all the comforts and attention to which a modern, sophisticated traveler can aspire.
