it is a pleasure to invite you to find out about Lights of nature, Platek’s outdoor lighting world, during Milan #design Week 2023.
Press preview on Monday, April 17, from 10 am to 8 pm
At the professional space in Corso Monforte 7 (Milan), where the latest products designed by Sara Moroni, Michel Charlot, Christian Flindt and Marcello Ziliani will be presented.
Just a short distance away, in piazzetta Giordano 4, a temporary display dedicated to the Nessun Dorma collection, designed by Jan Van Lierde, who curated the layout.
Federico Cittadini, Platek’s CEO, and the designers will be on hand to tell you about the numerous projects.
Here you can find two product previews: #balina by Sara Moroni and #ripple by Jan Van Lierde.
Balina is a modern light featuring the perfection and harmony of its signature spherical shape, which illuminates outdoor spaces with a sense of elegance and grace. A #design that takes an in-depth look at the relationship between “light-matter-space” and transforms it into an object that enhances what goes on inside through the compact diffuser.
Ripple is a light in the Nessun Dorma collection, a project that will be developed over several years. It kicked off last year with Dot and will lead to the catalogue of the same name, resulting from the partnership with Jan Van Lierde. Outdoor lighting and its evocative, abstract and dream-like power are embodied in #ripple.
Platek, Milan #design Week, looks forward to welcoming you from April 17 to 23, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
