Virtual visit of design installation "The Old Hut" by Yakusha Design

"The Old Hut" is an artistic intervention of contemporary #design objects by #faina into an abandoned house. A look at a "rejected" space in the historical center of Kyiv with a sense of hidden life and grounded beauty in it.
We invite you to have look at temporary installation of minimalist live #design pieces by #faina, connected to our cultural roots and crafts. Live #design accepts the natural rhythm of life. Birth, growth, blossom, decay. It is felt, rather than explained.
There was no life in these walls for decades, and yet it holds some memories and hopes for a better future. Felted armchair Domna with female shape, hand knitted giant lamp Strikha, organic and rounded shape dining table Ztista and terracotta chairs Toptun – became at once new "tenants" of the old house. A visual silence of the space is interrupted with the "melody" of Bandura vase.
Live #design comes from the Earth. It tells a story of our ancestors. To feel, taste and listen - #faina collection nourishes the senses, it touches the heart.
