Warmth, protection, and resistance to adverse weather conditions.

Why give up life outside during the coldest months of the year? GANDIABLASCO’s mission, to enjoy the outdoors whatever the season, has consolidated the firm as a reference point, not only in the #design of modular and architectural spaces with a Mediterranean character, but also in the creation of complete environments capable of extending the passion for the outdoors to any place in the world, 365 days a year.

GANDIABLASCO’S domatized PÉRGOLAS systems, accompanied by the brand’s outdoor furniture collections such as DNA or TIMELESS, are the best example of this. It ́s innovative and versatile structures, the quality of its materials - with aluminum as its best ally due to its durability - and its ingenious enclosure solutions are its best assets. The extra? Its exquisite #design of pure lines and the infinite options for personalization thanks to the wide range of finishes, sizes and colors.

Transforming the space into an authentic lodge experience under the sun, rain, wind or snow.

PÉRGOLA, a series conceived by José A. Gandía-Blasco, is a contemporary revision of the wooden pergola. Based on a system of mechanized aluminum profiles patented by #gandiablasco, it resists the elements and generates all types of configurations, from dining rooms and picnic areas to real living rooms with all the comforts associated with an interior space.

A succession of Modules 1 such as the one suggested by this environment, anchored in a snowy valley, embodies the #gandiablasco concept of outdoor space: the transition from furniture to small-scale architecture. Cubicles of 360 x 360 x 250 cm that act as large shelters integrated into the environment and, at the same time, delimit an atmosphere providing both warmth and protection. The PÉRGOLAS catalog includes modules that are over 7 meters wide.

GANDIABLASCO offers different types of ceilings and enclosures for each module, which can remain open or closed. In the image, the structure in grayish-brown, the floor in Nowood, folding roof (model Soltis bronze), and glass walls. There are other solutions, ranging from canvas and slats -fixed or movable- for the ceiling to curtains, blinds, micro-perforated sheet metal, and aluminum slats for the sides.

The outdoor furniture present inside and next to the configurable PÉRGOLAS forms a harmonious and complete whole that maintains the prominence of the refined lines and the timeless character.

Aluminum is once again present, this time drawing from accessories such as the SONORA planter - by Pablo Gironés - to the structures of low tables and comfortable modular sofas that allow the environment to be readapted to different moments and needs.

These are the DNA collections, designed by José A. Gandía-Blasco, and TIMELESS, conceived by the same designer together with Borja García. Because of this proposal, and framed in each module of PÉRGOLA, there are different modular sofas and tables from the recently launched TIMELESS, a series that evokes the rational architecture of the early 20th century. Their discreet but forceful forms convey honesty, with no ornamentation other than their own carefully balanced structure.

For their part, the DNA elements, inspired by the subtle play of light and shadow in the Mediterranean shutters and stripped of any superfluous ornamentation, set up different rest areas of an elegant and essential nature. On the structure, made entirely of laminated aluminum profiles, rest cushions, and removable mattresses, filled with polyurethane foam covered with water-repellent fabric.

From a menu of finishes and colors with dozens of shades and textures, soft and deep tones such as bronze, stone grey, anthracite, and grayish-brown have been chosen to continue to strengthen the links between architecture and the natural environment.

Winning an outdoor room adapted to the passing of the seasons.

Whether it is a VIP lounge in a ski resort, a residential project for private enjoyment, or a premium contract facility like the one in the image, at the foot of the mountains, GANDIABLASCO’s furniture collections and small-scale architectural concept successfully meet the winter challenge by creating exclusive environments and experiences.

Perhaps hundreds of meters above sea level, where you can relax after a snowy day at the après-ski or enjoy a romantic mountain dinner. Or perhaps in those moments and enclaves where the sun rises softly and shyly, but still gives beautiful sunsets. There is always a good reason to go out and enjoy everything that outdoor life has to offer.
