Spring is finally here and the weather is warming up. Now it is time to think about getting the outdoor furniture ready for those long summer days. Investing in good quality outdoor furniture is an absolute must, not just for the garden but for the patio and conservatory as well.
This spring, #sikadesign can proudly present a new #francoalbini & #francahelg bistro set, which we, in collaboration with the designers' descendants, have been given the rights to relaunch. The Italian duo is known for having created a series of elegant and exclusive furniture designs, and this is also reflected in the new bistro set that was originally designed in 1960.
The bistro set is handmade in rattan and ArtFibre and every detail has been carefully handcrafted by skilled wicker makers. The combination of rattan and ArtFibre gives the wicker furniture a unique strength, flexibility and comfort. Rattan is an exceptional fast-growing plant and a very sustainable, natural material that grows in the tropical forests of Indonesia. Due to its rapid growth and ability to regenerate, it is one of the most sustainable materials for furniture production. In addition, rattan is known to be a remarkably strong and indestructible material and therefore your rattan furniture will last for generations. We use carefully selected rattan to ensure the same high quality in all our rattan furniture.
