For #pantone the color “Very Peri” 17-3938 created exclusively for the coming year carries with it a transformative meaning. The color is a dynamic shade of blue mixed with violet-red tones designed to be present in the digital world and the creative possibilities of the future. According to #pantone, the need arose to create a new color after this difficult year seemed to slow down and bring the world to a certain normality, as well as the fight for injustices and finally the highlight for environmental concerns, three themes that have been something of research and above all concern.
