AlicudiSarong wins the C-IDEA Design Award!
Alicudi, a two-toned sarong in natural silk manufactured by Aliantedizioni, is the winner of the C-IDEA #design Award, one of the most selective #design prizes in Australia.
After a complicated selection process involving 2860 projects from 50 countries, a jury made up of 44 members from 25 different nationalities awarded Alicudi the #design Award results">2021 C-IDEA Best #design Award in Each Category.
Designed by Alessandro Loschiavo in collaboration with Luca Fantuzi, #Alicudi is a maxi-veil that plays with the wind and with the wearer’s every movement. A two-toned sarong in semi-transparent #silk chiffon. Its simplicity allows to choose how to distribute the colors over the body, changing self-perception as desired. Thanks to its opening down the middle, it can be worn bust-length (quadro) or full-figure (maxi).

Aliantedizioni seizes the opportunity to present a new video featuring model Ifeuna Castaldo and #AlicudiSarong in amongst the towers of new town #Milan.The bright colours, and the lightness of the #silk, act as a stark, almost irriverent contrast against the cold backdrop of contemporary architecture.
